Birch Hollow Form with Candy Colors. Came from my yard, a casualty of the Halloween Storm of 2011. Turned green thin and dried in a week. Airbrushed a purple / blue / green fade over an opaque metal flake to translucent base fade. Finished with EM6000 waterborne lacquer. My largest hollow form yet, about 10" (25cm) tall.

Very cool. I play around with an airbrush and have pondered using it with pen making. Haven't finalized anything yet. You did good.
