A few people asked me if I could get better pics, some with the wax removed
to see what's underneath. I tried over several days, but the camera just doesn't
like me. But I got a few pics out. I removed the wax from one side and either
used a scraper or planer to get to the wood. Most have either acrylic spray or
a touch of linseed oil so you can see the figure.
Fiddleback blackwood 2.75 x 23 $40
(if cut to 11", fits in a medium flat rate, good for peppermills
and very curly/chatoyant ) SOLD

Second pic
Claro walnut block 9x5.75x2" $35 (great figure)
Quebracho 3x3x12 $15 SOLD
Black palm 2x2x12 $6

Third pic
Sweetgum: 8x8x4 waxed $15
Black Cherry 8x8x4 waxed$20
2) AA figured maple 7x7x2 unwaxed $12 ea
Danto (bitterwood) 6x6x4.5" $20

adding a bit more.. have some woods that would make
nice pen blanks but I haven't cut them yet as people might
like to cut them at certain angles on their own.
Here's a piece of lacewood and bubinga. The bubinga
is curly, I'm not sure how much that would show
in a pen blank. But it lights up when you turn it a certain
way. The lacewood.. well it's always nice.
Also have tigerwood (goncalo alves) but can't get the
camera to read the card (again!) These are thick enough
to make 1" blanks, and should look great cut at a slight
angle
Bubinga 1x1x6" $3
Lacewood 1x6" $2
Tigerwood 1x6" $2

12/18 Update: uncovered some nice morado. Sanded part of it
and put some BLO on to show the color. Mostly a combination
of coffee/cream and chocolate colors. I love this stuff. It will
take a beautiful natural polish. Some call it Bolivian Rosewood,
but it isn't a rosewood at all, and nowhere near as expensive.
This is 4/4 (maybe even 5/4) and I haven't cut it yet in case
people want it cut at an angle. $2.50 ea. for 6" blanks
