My first Kitless #6 FP, all my previous pens I've tried to make as small and light as possible. I'm really liking the larger size, more to come. This one uses a Lava Explosion Aluminite Blank from a ExoticBlanks called Blue Spell. This is the first time I've used an Aluminite blank for a Kitless pen. It did thread well but not quite as smooth as Acrylic. The material is harder and also takes some additional effort to get a glossy finish. The added strength was worth the extra effort. The nib is a JOWO #6 fine. The cap threads are M13 x 0.8mm triple start. And, the section uses a M10 x 1.0mm thread.

Beautiful pen, Danny !!!!

Love that color, and the profile too !!! . You got a very good shine on it also !!!

What is the outer diameter of the cap, and the overall pen length, please ?

I guess I can figure that out from the pictures and the thread size you have already given.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I really enjoyed making this one for a friend and fellow knife maker. He is making me a kitchen knife in exchange for the pen and I'm kicking in some cash. Everyone stay safe.
