Mold Release Sub

What can I use as a sub for mold release spray (that I might have around the house, like right now). WD40? Cooking spray? I'm using Royal Palm with HDPE molds.

I tried cooking spray with clear Liquid Diamonds and ended up with cloudy streaks through it. Interesting and may not show with colored resin, but be aware.

For HDPE molds, thin a small dollop of vaseline/petroleum jelly with mineral spirits.

Yeah, that's what I was worried about, I'm using clear so I'm not going to chance it. Txs.
