A few weeks ago I posted a poll to ascertain the demand for PTownSubbie to add a mold for the CSUSA Artisan Classic Mach 3 razor and stand. These require a 3/4" x 3/4" x 3" blank (I believe the Fusion razor uses a slightly shorter tube but a 3" tube could possibly be substituted).
I received the mold from Fred this past week and have cast 6 blanks with it. It works beautifully.
Here are the measurements for the mold. Each of the two wells are approximately 3/4" X 3/4" x 3.2". By my quick calculations, each one would require about 0.9 ounces of resin. For my first pour, I measured out 2 ounces of resin and after filling both wells, I had about 0.5 ounces left (I had not subtracted the volume of the tube being cast). When I removed the blanks from the mold they measured approximately 0.63" X 0.63" X 3", more than enough to yield a suitable blank.
Below are pictures of the mold and the blanks I poured.
