this might just be a long shot....i have black and white and the three primary colors in powder coat paint for mixing in PR as colorants.

does anyone have mixing reciepes for making other colors?

is it just a trial and error? there are certain colors i want to come up with....but don't know how much of certain colors to mix to get what i want....does this makes sense? i feel like i'm ramblin

Are you talking about powder coat as the material that needs to be heated to coat or powdered pigments? Real powder coat will not mix to make another color. Pigments of course will.

Eastwood, one of the companies that sells powder coating equipment and powder paint sells some tints specifically for mixing, and publishes a few recipies for matching certain colors. Based on that, I'd have to say that mixing is possible. I don't know how much success you'd have blending primary colors. If you decide to try it out, keep good records and let us know the results!

Eric
