I wish I lived closer to you. Or if you were closed to Atlantic Beach, I'd have my son check it out (his Cutter is in port there for 2 more weeks).

Monty, you forget who you are dealing with! I am a member of the SW Florida chapter along with Chuck, Mike Redburn and Mike Roux. I have seen this lathe from start to present. From the start Mike and Mike took it and got it in perfect running condition, checked the tolerances, the works. Chuck bought all of the tools he needed to get it set up perfectly. Mike did a great job helping Chuck set up the tailstock DRO, a professional looking job. The lathe is a great little lathe and in PERFECT condition for anyone who wants a lathe that size

I give you my word, it is in great condition

Damn, if I wasn't on my way out the door later today to Florida, where I won't have tinme to get to North Port I'd buy it and sell mine..that is a deal...deal...deal

I just did a quick rate check and 100# is basically $65. Properly boxed and everything would figure about 120# and that is $77. Thinking hard on this one.

Welllll! Susannes daughter will be here in July. Perhaps, she'll have room for it? Just a thought.

Think my wife will be upset if I take her tablet back so I can get this? :frown:

Nah go ahead and do that. Report back your findings...... if you can type..
OR! You could offer to share it with her.....if that doesn't work, just go ahead and show her just who does wear the pants around there.....like I do:rolleyes::biggrin:

You want it.............throw caution to the wind and go for it.
If I had the money and new how to use it, I would buy it but I dont on either so I wont.

Dangit! I'm only $599.75 short! If this had come up a couple months ago, I'd have jumped on it!

Of course, if I could sell my vinyl cutter quickly enough...

I may be interested.....Do you know what it would cost to ship to zip code 16333?

If I can get a total with shipping, I will be able to let you know tomorrow if I can take it.

Thanks

Dang it Chuck. I would really love to.

Do you take longhorns? Kids? Beer? Lol .......

That's a great deal Chuck. Plus it's already tuned, with tooling.

For-Sale Micro-lux 7x14 VS metal lathe

Chuck, that red HF 9x20 is a workhorse. Of course a few mods makes it much better. Don't forget to find and order extra belts. After 6 years, I just replaced one of mine and now I need to replace the idler gear bushing.

I will take it......But I will not be able to send the payment until tonight, as I will need to go to the bank first, I will be going about 3:00, I will get back to you once I get back.
