Morning woodworkers. I'd like to make a crosscut sled with left-to-right micro-adjustment accuracy. I'm not aware of any screw-type micro-fence adjustment device that can be adapted to a table sled, but then again, I'm not all that familiar with all the gadgets and doodads out there. Any suggestion for an adjuster that would work on a sled?

A picture of the device employed on a sled would be immensely helpful.

Spend a few bucks and don't waste shop time...

I do not recommend a standard miter fence with micro adjustments as was shown. I suggest a sled that has zero clearance fence and bottom and the reason for this is I hate to have that hang over not supported especially when doing small thin cutoffs. They can kick back and it is not a clean cut all the way through. As far as micro adjusting is something you can easily do with adding stop blocks on either end of the fence and adjust by moving a clamp. That is how I do mine. When the zero clreance portion gets ragged I can easily double side tape another piece to start all over again. It is simple dirty home made jig that has worked well for me over the years. What many times I will do if I am cutting real thin pieces or very small pies I would use doubleside tape so that the pieces do not move after they pass the blade. This way I can safely pull the sled back and recoup the pieces without danger of kick back.

IF you are good with flat woodworking, here is a sled I made for a circular saw table years ago that had micro adjustments:

The adjustment is made with the knob on the end. Notice the block that holds the screw adjustment. In the middle is a flat screw head that allows me to pull it up and then slide the adjustment knob to close to the area needed, then release the knob downward (it is spring loaded) and then fine adjust the long screw knob as needed.

On YouTube, you can search for "Quick Release" clamp mechanisms and make modification as I did in the two urls I posted above.
