I'm am seriously looking at getting a relatively small metal working lathe to add to my shop. What do yall think would be my best bet? I know some people love/hate Harbor Freight, but I was looking at the following:

Is this one even worth considering? If not then what would you get? I haven't run any metal lathes since the middle late '60s and then it was a bullard turret lathe making oil well drill bit holders.
