Marblewood Cigar Pen

I found a piece of Marblewood in the shop and cross cut it into 13 blanks for an order with two extra. Thanks Rob for helping me id this wood. Any coments welcome.

Really nice!!! The wood has a different look somehow. Was it hard to turn? I never used marblewood, let alone crosscut marblewood.

I have turned 10 of the blanks so far. I found that a 1/4" gouge that is sharp works best then finish up with a sharp skew. I used a ca finish with wax and finish with Ren Wax.
