A client asked me about a pen made from this. I Googled-around and surprisingly found nothing.

Any ideas where to fine these blanks?

I received a couple of pieces during a PITH or blank exchange from akpenturner. I've not turned any of it so I can't tell you how tough it might be. If you think you would like one PM me and we'll work something out.

This looks to be a promising pen blank size for 79 euros ...

It's big enough that you could get two 3/4" x 3/4" x 4" blanks from it.... :)

Tony highlight your title and hit do a google search and many sites will come up. You have to decide if you want tooth, bone, or ivory. That is the best we can do.
 
Thank you. That is very generous of you. I have all casting supplies and equipment, but I don't enjoy doing it any more. Thank you very much though.
