Used Testors Waterslide Decal paper on Curly Maple.
Finished with 6 coats of MINWAX WBOM Clear Satin
Polyurethane using my Dipping Method.

just download it. You can just as well spray poly or lacquer too.

Unfortunately, every time I try to download anything from the library,or even just trying to follow a link, I get this..

I can not help you then Les has shown this link 1000 times every time he does a pen so maybe find an old post of his and he has a direct link to it or he can send a copy to you.

I said yes, because obviously ,I thought it did, but it just took me to another forum thread. One that did not pertain to a dipping method. I can get it by logging on an actual pc, instead of my iPad. Thank you though.
