Don't quote me on this, but I think the Majestic Squire and the Broadwell's that are similar are the same basic design as the true Elegant Beauty. Meaning the clip stays stationary and the twist is in the finial only.

Yea, the clip remains stationary. It is actually a decent pen as long as the pimp stone is centered in its resting place. I've gotten some that are off center.

I carry the Squire for my everyday work pen. I've never had any trouble with the clip moving at all. the plating is holding up great so far. wish they would come out with a similar pen without the pimp stone though
