Majestic Razor

This Majestic razor goes nicely with the gold plated razor stand as does the Molten Metal blank which is one of my favorites. Someday I'm going to try to replicate it, but I didn't have time to experiment with a 4 color pour for this custom order which was for a birthday next week. I discovered that the Majestic razor isn't designed to fit on a razor stand arm, it's too wide. So I had to make a larger cove on the handle so the arm could slide into it. Of course I didn't realize this until I had finished the razor. :frown:

You did an excellent job turning the blanks to compliment the shape of the hardware. I've seen a lot of turned razors/stands and yours really stand out from the crowd. Nice work Steve.

This is the first time I've seen the Majestic razor and a gold stand. I like the gold and chrome and it's a bit fancier than the standard razor, but I think I like your classic razor sets better. But I bet your customer is happy.
