Made something for ME.

Simple and kinda bland. But I've been needing a shallow set of shelves for my bedroom. Took advantage of the 4 day weekend to do this. I never make things for me from beginning to end. Mucho relaxing.

Mounted with pocket holes and Walldogs. I love those Walldog screws. The wood will break before the screws pull out of the wall. Routered the side detail and the coving around the edges. Lacquer and BLO finish.

BTW noticed the Foundation series. One of my favorite books. Have you checked out Nemesis?

Hadn't seen that. I had moved away from Asimov before it came out. That boxed set I bought when I was in high school and somehow managed to hang onto.

I'll have to check Nemesis out...
