What happened with that game? LSU defense wasn't there...LSU offense wasn't there...Bama's defense was definitely there...Bama's offense was kinda there. Why didn't Miles put in J.Lee at all!!?

Best game I've seen in a very long time.
BAMA was amazing.
Congratulations to both teams for a fine season and to the Tide for their win.

Go Gators.

Problem was LSU offense. Their defense did not do that bad considering how much time they had to spend on the field.
I agree. LSU played a good defensive game. Other than the one run by Richardson, they didn't break all night.

Why didn't Miles put in J.Lee at all!!?
Good question. I know he hasn't done well against AL in the past, but could it have been much worse? But then again, Miles isn't know for his brilliant coaching.

All in all, I thought it was a good game. But then I like a good defensive game almost as much as a good offensive one.

It was an amazing game, and the game almost everybody in the SEC expected. It would have been a fabulous game without Muffy and Herbie announcing. This game shattered NCAA and Bowl records that goes back to the beginning of football.

Saban was an offsides penalty in the last 2 minutes of the game from calling a perfect football game (no penalties, no fumbles, no interceptions, no scored by opponents). Yet they never mentioned this had never been done in a bowl game, let alone a National Championship game. Yet no clues for Muffy and Herb.

Yet I heard "Honey Badger" 30 times. Do these old clowns NOT know that term is actually a slang term used to describe something NOT so nice.

If ESPN gave the sideline announcer the night off (Erin knows more about SEC and football than both of the other clowns), they could have added Lee Curiso and had "the Three Stooges go Bowling"

How annoying it is trying to watch a quality football game around these clowns.

I forgot the game was on until it was in second quarter... watched it while I did some computer work, then decided mid-3rd quarter to go watch in the living room and sit in the recliner... mid 4th quarter, I fell asleep... the game was just dull.

I don't know the players that well, but somewhere in the broadcast the announcers put up stats for J. Lee from a previous game... seems he did one TD and 7 intercepts in the game... but not being any kind of expert on the game myself... I just watch, not worrying about stats, etc.... it seemed to me that a couple of the plays the LSU QB just wasn't in the game or was deliberately trying to throw the game... the little shovel pass he made to the 'Bama lineman was just BAD... his receiver wasn't anywhere near where he threw the ball.
