Low-tech penmaking

I think it was on this forum, several moths ago, when in response to another post, someone described, with pictures, how he prepares blanks and turns pens using low-tech methods. I think the person who posted the info may have been teaching kids. I can't find that post in the archives. Can anyone direct me to it?

Not sure is this is the one you're referring to but this post mentioned a guy who was teaching alzheimers patients to make pens totally by hand. It was an article in Woodcraft and I believe another magazine as well.
