Lost forever

Here's a knife I made for my brother in law. Scales are Manzanita off his property in Redding CA. This was a very beautiful knife but was lost in the fires that hit his home last year. The knife, and his home, were destroyed. I've tried to duplicate it but can't come close to finding a piece with this nice pattern on it. I'm still looking though.

Very beautiful knife Tom. As we read about the tragedies of others, it really does not have a meaningful impact until it effects someone we know. Very sorry for their loss.
