I have tried my hand at making a mold of something rather simple but for some reason I cannot get it to be as perfect as I would like.

I've used silicone method but was left with a few small voids once the mold was cured, I'm looking for a perfectly smooth finished mold. Any tips as to why or how to get better results?

Is there a way to make the silicone almost liquid like to pour it right over my item I want molded to be sure I'm filling all the areas and won't be left with any voids?

I've also used the two part molds putty from micheals with similar results as above.

At this point I think I might be interested in somebody making me a mold. I haven't been on here much lately and am out of the loop as to who is currently offering these services so if your a mold maker and would be interested in making a mold for me for an item that's not a pen shoot me a pm with pricing details etc let's see what we can workout.
Thanks
Jason.
