Looking for someone to do a label casting for me

I have a customer requesting a pen with a Dutch "delft blue" pattern (I've attached 2 examples below). I dont have access to a printer that can give me the image quality I need for this intricate pattern. I'm also running short on resin, so my best option seems to be having a blank commissioned. The pen is gonna be a Virage Rollerball, so I would need you to cast the upper and lower tubes. I can send you tubes if you dont have any for that kit.
