What is your timeline?
My local Woodcraft has some military clips, but I think they are more sea service oriented. I'll check when I'm there later this week.
Maybe use USMC blanks and one of the M16 style clips available online? Depends on which era the Marines are from.

Search IAP for "Marine pen clips" and there are a few threads with recommendations.
Also WoodPenPro molds custom clips.

I just bought some air force pen clips from wood pen pro, they were nice heavy built clips, made for European kits in chrome finish. A little pricey but customer was happy with them.

Wood pen pro was who I was thinking of but after looking at his site I don't think what he has is what my client is looking for. I'll show him the site when I meet with him this weekend. After doing a search here on IAP, the links listed in previous threads can't be found.
