I've got some PVC blanks that are the same exact color. I have both green and yellow. I actually use them to make Green Bay Packer Pens.

The yellow is a close match to john deere yellow too! nice..
Sorry, I can't help you with that color for "that" tractor...
My FIL would kill me if I was making pens that color... he collects Case tractors... I need to get some Flambeau Red blanks.. [
