These came with a batch of things I bought. Appears to be a finial for a cigar, will not work with kit clip. Who are they from? Is there a clip for them? Thank you for any info.

Others might chime in. I remember there was a guy in Hawaii that made military style pen kits. They had the star on top with different ranking clips. They were the cigar style kits. It's been years since I've bought those so I'm not sure if he's still around or what f someone else bought him out.

That is Woodenpenpro. He is still around. Dont see this on his site. Thanks for the reply. His site woodpenpro.com
 
That was the Star Studded Patriot Cigar kit from Woodpenpro. It featured a star-studded cap and a buyer's choice of patriotic themed clips. There are pictures of some of the clips he offered in the Bushings & Tubes app. As noted by others, the kit and the clips are no longer listed on his web site, so you might try contacting him to see if he has any left.
