Looking for BLUE wood

Anyone heard of a blue wood or know of a person who takes wood and dyes it blue??

Check with Constant at lazerlines he has some great blue dyed maple that is eco freindly.

Lots of members sell blue dyed wood, I believe. Check with Exotics, wolftat, or Constant off the top of my head. Also Blue Mangrove has a blueish tint if you want more natural. You can also dye the wood yourself with blue food coloring. I believe the gel works best.

I use blue food coloring and make my own.

The one attached was Curly Maple dyed Blue (for my sister).

For a natural "blue" try blue buckeye burl.

Natural blue: Blue Mahoe But it doesn't last, turning an interesting gray/brown over time. An attractive wood, though.
