Looking for a Galalith blank

I purchased this blank on IAP sometime within the last year or two. I am almost certain that I bought it from mrburls, but figure others may be able to identify a source. I have a request from a friend to make a set of pens from the below galalith (casein material) blank. Does anyone happen to know the source of this blank? I guess these are long gone since the material doesn't seem to be made anymore, but I hope to find another. Maybe someone has one of these collecting dust in a drawer that will never be used?
