Looking for a Blue and Red blank

I have a customer wanting Jayhawk colors in a pen but he only wants the blue and red no other color added. I can't seem to find that combo anywhere. Does anyone have a couple or know where I can find them?

What if you found a blue blank and a red blank and put one color on the upper barrel and the other on the bottom?

What if you found a blue blank and a red blank and put one color on the upper barrel and the other on the bottom?

I offered him that but he would prefer the two colors be swirled together (he saw they yellow and green "Packers" pen I made and wanted that in blue and red).
I am hoping at the very least someone would be able to cast some for me and I will buy the lot assuming it can be done in like a 5-10 blank lot.
