Colt / fisch. Rockler carries it. And woodcraft might as well.

You can also get long bits at victory machinery. The drawback is the $25 minimum order. But I always have a few things to get from them anyway.

However, I'd get a colt. That's what I have for making long clickers, and Victory Machinery doesn't carry colt. I have bought a few of their long bits though, and they work fine.
