I was all excited for all the projects I was going to do with a week to myself, but now that my wife and son are on the plane, I am just lonely and un-motivated.

So, what should I work on?

1. Play a new copy of Deus Ex (the original)

2. Make a Sierra Elegant Beauty with Coffee blank for a guy at work

3. Install my new scroll saw blade holder and make a toy for my son

4. Make some random pen to eventually sell

5. Build a music box for my wife

6. Turn a goblet for fun

7. Take a nap

How bout 1-7....

Watch all the TV shows you don't get to watch when the family's around.

I don't have tv. It never seemed worthwhile to me.

Thus far I have cleaned two rooms while cranking Queen.

I wish I had enough money to work on the hot rod, but it needs a couple g in parts right now. It will take a LOT of pens to get going on that.

I didn't say to watch tv. I said watch the shows.

I don't have tv, but I have *a* tv, along with Netflix streaming. Even on the computer, you can use Netflix streaming to watch stuff.

Shoot, I just installed Netflix on my Android phone. I have no idea why, I'm certainly not watching movies or tv shows on my phone... Ugh.

I have contemplated getting netflix, but there are just not that many movies that I care about. As far as shows, I don't even know what is current.

I really liked that, especially the Daft Punk soundtrack, but I don't think it has the staying power of the original.

They lost almost all of the geek cred from the first one.

I just want the visual effects/eye candy. If I want story, I'll watch the original. Or Bruce's other performance, Babylon 5.

you can watch most shows on www.hulu.com a few days after they air. Alot of movies on there also. I would go to the shop and tune in on Pandora and listen to something while I worked, folllowed by taking a #7 several times during the week.

Sounds like here. Every Sunday I turn on the TV for the NASCAR race and it is already on the right channel because it hasn't been turned on since the last race

Hulu pulled V. So I don't much care.

House is good, but unless you pay for the Gold or whatever it is, you only get the most recent episodes. I like to watch a whole series or season from start to finish over the course of a couple weeks. I hate broadcast schedules.

I'm not creepy, no. I was told to come give you a hug by... your grandpa. Yeah, that's right. Your grandpa said you needed a hug.

Wait, why are there cops outside? Did you guys have a break in or something?
