I am looking to add a logo of somesort to my line of work. Looking to do something professional but it has to take in my 2 hobbies, woodworking and turning. Now this includes many facets of each. For instance woodworking includes flat work as well as scrollsawn work. Turning includes pens, clocks, and other items.

The name of my business is J T'S CREATIVE WOODWORKING. I guess what I am looking for is some sort of graphics with the name imbedded in it. Is that asking for alot??? Where would I go to start looking for something like this??? Thanks for any info.

John, Google "Logo Maker" there are a ton of possibilities. I played a bit and came up with one I like for myself. The site is www.cooltext.com

I got the idea for my logo from a sign in an older industrial area. I drew it up, scanned it, and sent it to the gal that does the catalog graphics for my day job. She was able to lay it out and send it back to me in a couple of formats. I didn't want to be limited to just pens, or even woodworking for that matter, so I left the name pretty generic.

Anyone that does graphic work should be able to take a sketch and make a usable digital file out of it.
