LMS = Little Machine Shop
New to me lathe out of the box had some significant issues that couldn't be corrected in the field. Other issues seem to stem from lathe possibly not being "new".
Once all the pieces of info were on the table, without me asking, "We're gonna test a new lathe here before shipping. When it arrives put the 1st lathe in the box & we (LMS) will call the freight company for pickup/return"
Now that's my type of service
