I don't need one but this is a must have for anyone with a mini metal lathe.
I have 2 minis and both have them installed. I couldn't work without it now using that wrench is a BIG PITA.

will this work with the Central machine 9" x 20" from harbor fright?

I really don't know. It was sold for the the 7x12 or the 7x14.
