A couple of guys I used to work with are members of a local Moose lodge. They made a 3 tiered stand to hold liquor bottles. They weren't happy with it as it looked terrible and was not sturdy enough. They asked if I could make them a better one. They wanted it made so they could put some lights behind it. The design was left to me and they wanted it 6 foot long. The first picture is what they made and the others are what I made them. Mine is all hickory.

Very nice with the lights. I see some outstanding liquor displays on Bar Rescue.

Your Moose friends must be very happy - the stand is very professional. A picture with the stand lit up would be nice to see.

Obviously they will need you over to "Christen it "?
Never tried Hickory although several of my hammer and axe shafts are made from it as over here it's more difficult to come by.
