I bought some blanks from Indy Pen Dance a few weeks ago, and just this morning found the invoice in the bottom of the box. I was struck with Linda's handwriting. Pretty nice, eh?

Thanks Steve (and Randy) you guys are making me blush. The pen used on Steve's note is a new pen actually, Pelikan Blue O Blue. I have two nibs for it and this one is a custom ground cursive italic from Richard Binder (yes, Ernie guessed it.) Randy could be correct about his note however as I have several pens that I like to write with and many are vintage. The flexible vintage nibs allow a great deal of line variation and are just pure fun to write with!
You all made my day with this post!

Linda

Just leaving a signed note for the customer is a nice classy touch. Providing a pleasing, easy to sentence is over the top. Kudos Linda!

Like Rick, mine demonstrates what "could" have been a medical background. Try as I might, I just can't make it look purdy...:befuddled:

Small loops at the top indicate a suppressed childhood with a heavier marks on the down strokes below the bottom line would indicate rage issues.

Mike better watch himself. :smile-big:

I joke... I don't know, I made it up.

Oh thank god. This did not end with...Mike. Whew.:rolleyes:

I think that's one of those Binderized nibs. Pretty impressive though!

Pretty smart cookie for someone livin on the other side of the Ohio.

I have a funny feeling that's not Linda's writing, but Mikes

Nice writing, I've got a Lamy 1.5 broad nib that writes very similar.

Thanks George I wish it was. I have come a long way with Linda's nagging er uhm I mean her help. Years of a ballpoint does nothing to help you writing with a FP. I can still hear my typing instructor from Jr High "Eyes on your copy" Now I hear "Don't press so hard". When I start hearing both voices at once I want some of the good meds.

You know for a joker you sure hit the nail on the head.:biggrin::eek:
