Like Button

I would like to know why the "Like" button does not show on my posts?

probably because you can't like your own posts.

Just because no one likes your post doesnt mean they didnt like it. I see "two like,s" on your original post at this time. OOps ad a third one

Try this...

Go to Control Panel (user CP)
On left, Edit Options
Scroll down to "Thread Display Options"
Make sure "Hide Post Likes" is UN-checked.

Thanks Ed, I checked the CP.
the "Hide Post Likes" was unchecked and still is.
I tried checking and unchecking to no avail.

Can you explain further what you see and what you don't? (maybe take a screen shot?)

Do you see the like button for everyone elses posts? Do you see that others have liked your first post (as shown in the picture Fred posted)? Where are you viewing the forum from (computer? mobile? other?)

If it is just the button that you can't see on your own posts that's becasue you can't like yourself :tongue:.

Also, are you looking at the forum on a PC, OT a smartphone?

On my phone, there is no "like" button, there is. "thanks" button.

On my transformer android tablet in full site version it has the like button. Phone is to big of a pia to use!
