Like A Dumbie

I recently ordered the new Roman Harvest pen kits. They look great. My problem is like a dumbie I forgot to purchase the bushing. Well I had in the back of my really to purchase the bushing from Johnny c. Well he's so busy with his day job he could not get to this product for some time.

It looks like I need to make my own bushings at this point. I know the outside dimensions of the kit but does anyone know the inside dimension of the upper & lower tubes?
