This is what the mommy skunk told the little ones when they met the bear. Now to the subject at hand. I painted a bunch of blanks with a Q tip and acrylic paint. I did notice that the paint wasn't a uniform thickness and caused the tube to bind in some instances. Plus, the tube reamed out some excess paint. Very tiny hints of brass showed up but not enough to get bent out of shape. So I tried using spray paint. One blank was sprayed with white and the overall effect after turned was great. Got one that was painted with black to accent the black and grey swirls. It will be turned tomorrow. Nitrile gloves were the rule as it is a bit messy.
