This Years donation to my local RSL for their ANZAC Day Raffle

The Cigar Pen is made using a Slouch Hat Lapel Pin, it had some minor adjustments done to the back of it and my finger at the same time on the disk sander, buts whats a little blood in memory
the bottom section has watch gears, which for me means that although time has past, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM

The Siera is made using the artwork of Julie-Anne Kilmartin, she is an Australian artist that i am working with getting her art onto pens

Lest We Forget

Stunning pens and tribute.
Until a couple of weeks ago, I had no idea of what ANZAC was or is. It was PenPal's wonderful wife, Wilma that explained the significance while she graciously escorted my wife and I around the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.
A very humbling but memorable experience.

Thank you Australia, thank you New Zealand and of course thanks Wilma for enlightening us.

MIK,

Those pens are an extraordinary tribute to the sometimes unrecognized sacrifices of both Australian and New Zealand service people.

Being a (naturalized) Australian citizen, I am quite aware and appreciative of the significance of ANZAC contributions.

I would very much like it if you could make available for purchase some Special Edition pen blanks as you have shown above. When I say Special Edition, I mean direct from you. Direct from you would enhance their significance.

Would this be possible, please ?

Several generations Australian Anzac Day recognises the Services to our country during the World War 1 and since, its been around 100 yrs and the nations of Australia and New Zealand provided Service people,to commemorate our coming of a nation in every area in Australia and Annual Dawn service and others to honour the memory of these and since veterans. It is extended now to all service men and woman . Very special day of rememberance for us. My wife Wilma went with Skiprat and his dear wife through parts of the Australian War Memorial on Skippies brief visit with us,my undercarriage was not up to the walking needed on that day so I waited in the car park. I visited Anzac Cove in Turkey a number of years ago we regard it as hallowed ground.

i hope you enjoyed your time Downunder .. its a rather large country and a couple of weeks is no where near enough to see even a small part
