Legacy and apprentice lines of pen kits.

I have searched info about the Legacy line of pen kits in our search area here and have found a mixed bag. Most of these were older posts. Can I get some current feed back on them. Also I tried to find info on the Apprentice line but there's not much. I'd like some feed back on that too please . TIA
