I actually just spoke with him on the phone earlier this afternoon about replacing one of his blanks that arrived damaged. 770-891-2301 is the phone number I called.

Spoke to him last week about rollerball kits, said he has stuff coming in a few weeks. Signed up on his mailing list and said he will be in touch when they come in.

Had similar problem in the past, re order problem, ignored emails, took forever to get things sorted out. They are on my 'don't bother to do business with' list for that reason.

I'm sorry you had problems with him- I've done quite a bit with him and never had any problems - first time I haven't gotten a quick response.

I'm sorry too, I kind of liked his kits. I don't really do kits anymore so it doesn't matter at this point, but I'm a mean old man now and have little tolerance for sloppiness and poor customer service. I recently placed an order with Craft Supplies USA and they made a mistake with the order; I sent a polite email and I had a response and a resolution literally within 5 minutes of my email.

That has been my response from CSUSA also!
