I don't expect a vendor to eat costs when I make a mistake, so I want to thank Constant for service above & beyond on this one.
I was making a Texas Flag pen for my BIL for Christmas when I carelessly caught the star in my turning tool and shattered the upper blue/star portion of the blank. I ordered a replacement kit from Constant & received it in time to finish the pen before Christmas.
Now I still had the good bottom portion of the blank, so I sent a message to Constant explaining what happened and asked him if I could order a replacement upper blank and requested the price for the parts & shipping.
Today I received a complete Texas Flag kit from Constant at no charge. You can bet I'm going to be careful with this one!
