Jill was very helpful and extremely patient when i was trying to pay for my order. Made my order and it did not calculate my shipping when i paid for it, then when i was trying to pay for just the shipping, it wouldn't let me, so after several e-mails back and forth, we got it lined out. Even ordered a few more pen kits just because i could and for how helpful she was.
