Lathe Toolrest Swivel - Where to get one like this ??

I need to find a piece like the one circled in the pic. Using a mandrel, I am unable to get the toolrest very close to the blank, as the toolrest holder hits the tailstock when turned.

That's for the Taig Lathe. I had the same problem. Lee valley tools makes a better one:

I had a welder make a longer tool rest. I'm thinking of getting one from one of the vendors here.
