Lathe Bed Lubrication

Hi all, I'm sure this has been covered but can't seem to find it. What do you use to lubricate your lathe bed to keep things moving smoothly?

I use Boeshield T-9 (developed by Boeing). Great lubricant and rust inhibitor.

I use T9 as well.

Paste wax is another good option.

Just tried Bostick Glidecoat. Works very well, expecially on my bandsaw table. I have been cutting some very wet bowl blanks and not a spot of rust.

I usually use past wax but had this recommened to me and saw it at Woodcraft, so I gave it a try.

That other stuff costs more money!

I wipe down with mineral oil then paste wax.

I use Johnson Paste Wax to keep off rust and make things glide better on my tools.
One can goes a long way. Been using my can for the past 6+ years.

Thanks all, just picked up some paste wax and mineral oil, had to go get some steel rod anyway so very convenient thanks for the advice
