Finished these up this weekend. All of these pens developed some type of CA issue, not all were the same. Some were hazy and cracked(may have been a moisture issue), others were just cracked either laterally or horizontal micro cracks. I used flex on all of them. I was told it could have been a ca batch fail. I was given new bottles at no cost, and have not had an issue.

Wow ! .... that represents a heap of work !!!!

I especially like the segmenting !! . All very well done !!!

Great group of pens, well worth the repair effort. Thankfully they were repairable. It would have been a crying shame to have to toss the segmented ones (all of them for that matter).
