My cookbook will be offered free on Amazon again on Friday and Saturday. It will be the last free offerings, since my 90 day exclusive with Amazon expires in March. If you missed it, or know someone who might be interested, feel free to forward the info. My aim is to get the recipes out to those who can use them.

I have made some updates to the cookbook. While it is free again you can get the updates by deleting the old book from your Amazon account and downloading it again. It now has carb counts for ALL the recipes.

Just a reminder that the book is free today and tomorrow. If you already have it and want the newest version, delete it from your Amazon account and re-download it
