Here's my last three for today. It's nice to have some good weather. The big, fat new lathe in the garage doesn't hurt either! Top to bottom: green dyed white oak burl european, red juniper cigar pen, and a cherry burl patriot pen made from some cutoffs I bought on ebay. Thanks for looking.

The first one is green-ish. I sanded down to 400, rubbed on some artisan dye, then sanded down to 2000 after the dye dried. I was trying to get a more subtle green because the wood had a really nice texture and I didn't want to take away from it. I guess I'll have to review my technique...
