Can someone tell me what the largest, fattest, biggest, enormous pen kit that's available on the market today?
I'm brainstorming something unique but it will require a fairly large single blank. At this point, I would prefer something in a kit version.
Thanks for your assistance.

Emperor kits are pretty hefty.

The full sized Gentleman is also a rather large one. Almost like a small baton.

I may be wrong ( it has been known to happen !! ) but I thought that as the Emperor is rarer than hens teeth, then the next equivalent size would be the Empress.
A few posts down in this thread, I compared them side by side. Almost identical size but the Empress has far more meat on the body.

I think..............

......... that some shops sell the makings for a 50 Caliber twist pen!

The SN Gent that Timberbits sells is big and only 8.00 so you can try one and see if you think it is big enough and not spend all kinds of money.

Or you could always do something like this-LOL.

PSI's Apollo Infiniti has larger tubes than the Emperor or Majestic, but the outer diameter of the turned pen and parts is about the same. So if you just want a bigger tube inside, it might be an option.

If you are looking for single barrel as far as casting, then without a doubt it is the Guardian from PSI. It has tube just larger than 1/4" and outer diameter of about 5/8"

What about the El Toro drill sizes 35/64" for the cap & 31/64" for the body.
Cap bushings are 15.8mm & 17mm.
Body Bushings are 13.9mm & 15.4mm
Hope that helps
