large click pen

What is a good larger click pen. I want to make a pen for my wifes Grandpa, he has a hard time with his hands so I was thinking a larger pen like a cigar pen, but I would prefer a click style, so he doesn't need to use his wrists to open it.

You can toss the clip from the Long Click pen that Aaron sells. That or substitute another clip if you'd like. That should open the pen body up for as much size as you'd like.

The Guardian (PSI) is a big click pen, but I've no personal experience with it.
