Made these today from odd bits of wood finished one with CA and one with Microcrystalline wax.
I am not keen on CA to messy for me whilst not as durable I like wax finishing.

For the finish Chestnut Microcrystalline but fist I use Chestnut Cut and Polish. Not if its sold in Canada but I'm sure there are alternatives,
I know on the IPA site CA is very popular but I find it a pain to use building all those coats. If it was a pen for a gift I would use which I did on the right hand Pen.
Thank you for your kind comments.
Microcrystalline wax also sold under the name Renaissance Wax.

Just finished this Pen examination a bit random. With my method you just cut it and glue it and see what happens every pen is different.
