I know that some folks complain about slow shipping, etc at PSI, but I have always had great service.
For example, I called in an order yesterday and received it today. I am in the same state which helps, but that is extremely fast.
On the other hand USPS took about 4 weeks to deliver a first class package to Anchorage Alaska. When I took it in they told me it would take 7-10 business days. Oh well.............
it did finally arrive ok, but I was getting worried about it.
